On Saturday, February 24, 2024, join us for the excitement of Mardi Gras in Downtown Culpeper, Virginia! Fun for the entire family, while exploring historic Downtown Culpeper enjoy live music, street performers, performing artists, New Orleans inspired food, face-painting, and activities. Enjoy the traditions of Mardi Gras with beads and masks for all.

Jewell Tone Music will be providing music throughout the day. We will be performing at the front porch of Grass Rootes located on Davis Street starting at noon till 5 PM. 

Enjoy in-store specials during the day with many merchants located in the downtown district. Restaurants will serve up delicious Mardi Gras themed specials from sweet French Quarter beignets and King Cake, to savory gumbo and po’ boys that are sure to please.
