Jewell Tone Music’s three-level Music Theory program helps students become more confident, knowledgeable musicians by connecting the concepts of music theory to the music they actually play and hear. Beginning with the foundations of music reading, rhythm, scales, chords, and harmony, students can progress into more advanced concepts including composition, chord progressions, musical form, analysis, and advanced harmony.

Designed for musicians at different stages of their development, each course builds upon the skills learned in the previous level while emphasizing practical, creative application. Whether you’re just beginning to explore music theory or are ready to deepen your understanding of harmony and composition, we’ll help you find the level that’s right for you.
